Planning is a process of hundreds of decisions that often remain invisible. They are what make the difference between a well-organised event and one that inspires calm, trust and confidence.

We work with a select number of projects each year because we believe that a personal approach matters most.

“I founded Eventiamo with the desire to offer a different approach, more personal, calmer and more attentive.”

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work on scientific congresses, medical forums and corporate events with delegates, speakers and partners from many countries.

Today, I still believe that a successful event begins with trust and ends with the feeling that everything unfolded naturally.

That is why I choose to work with a select number of projects. For me, a personal approach is not an advantage — it is a way of working.

Peace of mind is created much earlier

My studies in Forecasting and Planning and International Economic Relations shaped the way I approach every project.

They taught me to see both the wider picture and the smallest details — to plan strategically, think ahead and build partnerships based on trust and mutual respect.

Beyond Eventiamo

My most meaningful role is beyond work. I am a wife and a mother to two wonderful daughters. They are my inspiration and remind me every day how much time, attention and small gestures matter. They make me believe that genuine care is always felt, even when it remains invisible.

I carry this philosophy into every event we create.
